Instructions for use
Take 2 capsules per day spread throughout the day with 200 ml of water.
Note: Spreading your dose throughout the day can improve absorption, as only a limited amount of magnesium can be absorbed at one time. Ideal times to take magnesium are in the morning immediately after waking up, before lunch or after exercise, and in the evening before bed. Taking magnesium on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before a meal can promote absorption.
Daily requirement
Recommendations of the German Nutrition Association (DGE):
The German Nutrition Association recommends a daily intake of 300-400 mg of magnesium (RDA: 375 mg). However, individual magnesium requirements can vary depending on biochemical factors and can increase significantly during stressful periods.
Note: According to the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR), magnesium supplementation should not exceed 250 mg per day to avoid a laxative effect (mild diarrhea). This maximum amount applies to persons aged four years and older. Due to a lack of data, there is no guideline for a maximum daily intake for children under four years of age.
The BfR recommends dividing the daily dose into at least two separate intakes. Scientific data shows that magnesium tolerability increases when intake is spread over multiple servings per day.
Dietary supplement
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
